Detailed production process

Panel Fabrication

The first step in the process is to determine the required length of the segment. Once the length is decided, the straight panel is fed into the main crimper and a set of side curlers to gradually shape the straight panel into a segment of a circle. This curved panel  is precisely formed to meet the predefined span of the building. This ensures a perfect fit for the structure’s roofing system through customized curved panels tailored to unique specifications of each project.

Panel Seaming

The curved panels are stacked one on top of the other, aligning the hook and hem of each panel to create an interlock. These panels are then seamed together using a seaming machine to form a set of panels. The seamless connection of these panels ensures a secure, watertight roofing system that provides both structural stability and durability.

Erection

The SET (roofing panels) is lifted into position with the help of a spreader bar, which is attached to a crane. The set is securely clamped to the spreader bar using wire ropes to position, align, and level a precise fit with the structure. Each individual panel is secured with anchor bolts. The seaming process guarantees a tight, long-lasting seal between panels and minimizes the risk of movement or misalignment.

Seaming at the Top

Seaming involves the joining of roofing panels through mechanical or snap-lock methods, creating a tight, interlocked seal that protects the building from weather elements and environmental conditions. The ability to produce large, seamless sections of roofing material makes seaming a popular choice for structures, for both aesthetic appeal and long-term performance.

Support Structure - R.C.C. Beam

R.C.C. or Reinforced Cement Concrete beams play an essential role in ensuring the stability, safety, and longevity of structures, making them one of the most widely used and reliable components in modern construction. The primary function of an R.C.C. beam is to bear loads from the upper floors or structural elements and transfer these loads to columns, walls or foundations.

Support Structure - Steel Beam

Steel beams are a cornerstone of modern construction. Their strength, versatility, and efficiency are crucial in ensuring the stability and safety of structures, be it high-rise buildings or bridges and industrial facilities. Steel beams handle heavy loads and their adaptability to different designs along with their fast construction timelines make them a preferred choice for structural support in both, traditional and innovative building practices.
